By downloading, purchasing, or using a Track, the Licensee fully accepts and agrees to the terms of this License.
2. Rights Granted
The Licensee is granted the right to use, synchronize, edit, and reproduce the Tracks in audiovisual, artistic, or digital productions, for commercial or non-commercial purposes, without geographic or time limitation.
Permitted uses include, but are not limited to:
Film, television, and documentary productions
Advertising, brand content, and corporate videos
Podcasts, social media, YouTube, Vimeo, and similar platforms
Video games, interactive applications, and websites
Art installations, performances, or exhibitions
Personal or educational projects
The Licensee may adapt or edit the length, mix, or sequence of a Track to fit their production, as long as the original authorship and integrity of the work are respected.
3. Restrictions
The Licensee is not permitted to:
Resell, redistribute, gift, or sublicense the music as a standalone file (e.g., as part of another music library or sound bank).
Claim authorship or register the Track, in whole or in part, in copyright management systems or automated services such as YouTube Content ID, Facebook Rights Manager, or similar platforms.
Use the Track in content that promotes defamation, hatred, violence, or illegal activities.
Use the Track in a way that misleads the public about its origin or suggests an endorsement by Tres Caminos Music or Diego Acosta.
4. Intellectual Property
All Tracks remain the intellectual property of the Licensor.
The Licensee does not acquire ownership or authorship rights, only the permission to use the work under this agreement.
